Red Cross Red Crescent reference centres

This IFRC publication provides a new overview of Red Cross Red Crescent reference centres, of which the Climate Centre is one, working to build the capacity of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Working in coordination with the IFRC secretariat, the reference centres are part of “an inclusive and collaborative network designed to provide technical assistance, information sharing, research and advocacy to the Movement, “according to a foreword by Secretary General Elhadj As Sy.
